  Really good range of kids bikes especially 12 to 16 inch and enough room for them to have a ride. Best place to purchase a first bike as you will probably be able to take it home that day rather than wait a week or 2. A bike mechanic will check it over and make any necessary adjustments. This was my experience with Cyclelink. Yes you will pay more than if you went to Kmart but you will get a proper bike that your child will enjoy riding instead of a toy in the shape of a bike.

  Great service and friendly staff. I've purchased a hybrid and a roadbike there and both times Damian has been really helpful.

  Fantastic customer service that goes far beyond the normal.. Including opening the store on a Sunday (and staying for over an hour) Cant thank you enough Lyn!

  Took my bike in for a service last week and they told me it would be so many $$ and we agreed, they called to say it was ready to pick up a few days later. Went to pick it up and was a lot cheaper than quoted. Showed me what was replaced and needs attention in the next service. It's been years since I have seen this kind of customer service and always welcoming when walking in. The staff there are 2nd to none. Can't recommend them enough.

  Both my grandkids now ride Specialised hotrocks bikes and when they outgrow them they will be handed down rather than put out on the hard rubbish.

  I brought a bike here last year as a present, and the staff were very helpful and showed me what I was getting for the money I was paying.

  Terrible. Arrogant owner who was rude and horrible to deal with. Fortunately many cheaper options with better customer service.
