  One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. The lady was rude, judgmental and every question was met with a bad attitude. The last time i hired from Thrifty they stuffed me round with vehicles breaking down and the truck being in the wrong location twice, plus the fuel being filled right up. This time I was told wrong information on the phone regarding my license and once again they wasted hours of my time. The staff there need a lesson in customer service. DO NOT RECCOMMEND. THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON AND IT WILL COST YOU.

  This is by far the most frustrating company to deal with. Absolutely disgusted with the way they left us standing for 40 minutes with nobody at the counter let alone in sight until seemingly a receptionist turned up only to tell me that the truck i booked 2 weeks ago online is out with some other client and they didnt bring it back in time. It was over 3 hours late and the lady didnt call us to let us know.

  We are moving interstate and have deadlines to make and dealing with a company that has little to no care for customers and the customers needs in such a rude and unprofessional manner is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. DO NOT waste your time and money dealing with these absolute clowns.

  Thanks for the loan of the blue Hyundai Elantra while my carolla Ascent has been in Repair Management On Canterbury Road Kilsyth after my accident where my car was bashed up the back. The Elantra is a really nice car more mod cons than mine and very very lovely to drive. Thanks for the loan. Will return to you shortly.

  Rented a people moving van, got a good price, nice van, good to drive. Quick turn around both picking up Saturday and dropping off on Sunday.

  The price was really good. But in terms of service there is a lot lacking. The staff miss the basics of customer service - really seem to have no idea. Truck I hired was great. I was coached on how to fill the truck with diesel to make sure it was full. It wasn't full when I picked it up - a little off - when you see the very detailed picture of what full looks like on the walls of the office you will see why I even noted it. Truck wasn't clean on the interior. Could have done with just a wipe with a cloth - but it is just a truck I guess.
