  Despite having a mix up due to human error (happens to the best of us) they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They were extremely apologetic and provided a complimentary type upgrade.

  Poor service! I rang for tyres and I explained the nature of the job very clearly. I was told on the phone there was no wait other than the time to do the fitting and it would be just twenty minutes. When I arrived I was met by another salesman who had a bad attitude. He told me that the queue was well over a hour just for the hoist! I told him not to bother.

  a well deserved one star, we booked a customers car in for alignment 2pm 06/07/17, went there only to get an attitude from the guy behind the desk saying he had no idea what i was on about booking it in, might i ad, not just an attitude but rude as hell, followed by a heap of swearing outside when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager came over couldn't even be bothered giving us the time of day said he had no idea must of been Steve who i spoke to who wasn't there and not his problem. thank god Jax tyres in bayswater were able to fit it in.. top guys there.
