  I score mitre 10 bayswater a very big zero 00000. Bad bad service, laugh at you. Very aggressive, specially IAN M he should learn how to treat customer, and respect them, not to gossip with the staff and make them laugh at you. It a very low service. Also he should know much better about the product he sell, or give him the SACK. I'll never go back to that store again.

  Visiting Mitre 10 Bauswater was, in a word revelatory! Staff went out of thier way to be helpful and all said good morning (and entertained my toddler). What an incredibly refreshing change of pace compared to the competition (who often seem to go out of thier way to avoid helping customers). While the range is naturally limited by thier physical size, they still managed to carry products I couldn't find elsewhere, AND had well known brands at reasonable prices. Absolutely great experience. The ONLY thing that makes visiting this place a challenge is it can be a bit hard to find, and, on the weekend I visited there was no sausage sizzle. That last bit is almost a deal breaker...

  If you want to go to a supermarket go to bunnings, If you want a proper hardware and timber supplier plus much more come here !!

  Ex-trades who know all the tricks of the trade! Staff are extremely friendly and the prices are reasonable. Might not have all the items you'll find at a Bunnings but the service and quality makes up for it.
