  I used to enjoy walking around Bunnings..still has great stuff but the cheap sale items are useless and a waste of space for the store.. mouse trap $7.99 breaks when I opened the packet..in the bin it went.. not worth the petrol to return the mouse trap..i went to the $2 shop bought one for $2.50. I don't even want mention the clothes pegs! Too much cheap junk in Bunnings. Otherwise it is still a good place to get ones household building things etc ☺

  Like any other place, things are easy to find. 5 stars for that. I spoke to one of guys there around locks/safety/hinges about something i could not find and he did not even care to move not to mention help. -1 star.

  Got two plywood sheets and a few 90x35s cut by the people working in Lumber, the cuts were great and the staff was super friendly. The staff at the entrance, registers, and info desk are always really great. I was slightly disappointed by the attitudes of the workers on the floor, I interacted with around five different people and four of those came off like they did not want to be working. Overall a solid location but the staff on the floor seems hit or miss.

  This store has some of the best staff of any Bunnings store, like Kerri at the trade counter excellent customer service and always happy and possative she makes it a better day when you see her.

  Some staff are good some are not willing to help. An experience I had with one of the staff is like this: I was looking for a staff to ask about a particular equipment, and I found two guys, one on the mobile phone, the other was next to him listening to his friend's conversation. So I thought the guy who was listening could help me. When I asked for help, the guy on the phone pointing his phone, saying "we are on the phone man" and the two basically refused to help. Anyway, after that I found a helpful staff, so maybe your chance of finding a nice staff is 50%. The store is big as usual for Bunnings stores and has a very large parking lot.
