  Amazing company. I had a shower head that was faulty and the plumber was not really doing anything so I rang Phoenix direct and they had a new one on its way that day. Amazing and very rare.

  I had an issue with one of my taps my wife called and spoke to the after sale team the company from start to finish got our tap issue resolved within 2 days from sending parts out to us and advising us on how to fix the issue,
